Love the product and personal message! Couldn’t connect lightstick to app

I ordered the new twice lightstick and it came perfect! It works really well and the photo cards are in excellent condition. I had a hand written thank you letter and I will definitely be purchasing again from K-pop NW. unfortunately I couldn’t get my lightstick to connect to the twice light stick app (I also have no idea how to do it and online videos did nothing) but otherwise I have no issues!
