Outer casing or box is to protect packaged contents - Blemishes or damages such as scratches or discoloration on the case/box. Variations in printing of contents cannot be compensated as they are inevitable during printing process.
It came un damaged but it took very long to come I ordered it at some point in 2023 and it came in February of 2024 they said it was sold out but they didn’t have it marked as sold out when I ordered it but the staff are nice
